2019 Booster Club E Mail Fundraiser Form

  1. Go to
  2. Upper right corner, click Register if you are a new user or Login if you participated in this campaign last year
  3. Dashboard
  4. Fill in Goal $400
  5. Select Import Contacts
  6. Select Send Emails
  7.  If new, you will see a message to Verify Email.  Open email and click on the link to verify.
  8.  Select Send Emails from dashboard. 
  9.  Import Contacts.  Select Add from Contact Book if you used the system from last year. Import emails (new emails for this year)from google, aol, outlook, etc.
  10.   Select Add emails and you can do this manually as well.
  11.   After emails are added, fill in the Subject Line in the email template.  Can be something like Please Support Hamilton Football, etc.
  12.   Scroll to bottom and select Review Email
  13.   Select Send Email
  14. You will see at Promote Via Email box when emails have been sent
  15.  Click the Menu Bar (box with three lines in top left)
  16.  You can choose to share your campaign via text message, social media, or email.  It may be helpful to share via these avenues since many people are slow to check emails.
