EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITY
ECA/PARTICIPATION FEE & TAX CREDIT DONATIONS
A $60 fee is required for each player to participate in football at Hamilton High School. There is an activity fee for each sport, club, and some classes (art, photography, etc) in CUSD. This fee is paid to the school to cover expenses they incur associated with these sports and programs. This fee is due July 20, 2020.
The ECA fee can be paid in Infinite Campus in your family account under InTouch FEEs, or it can be included in your family TAX CREDIT donation. We highly recommend you use the Tax Credit option so that you can get this fee back dollar for dollar on your Arizona state income taxes. Parents can choose to donate $60 for the ECA fee via tax donation only, or up to $200 for a single person and $400 for a married couple in total towards Hamilton Football.
The Hamilton Football program relies heavily on TAX CREDITS to cover the expenses incurred by our football program that the Gridiron Booster club and district cannot incur. It costs approximate $100,000 - $150,000 to run our Hamilton Football program depending on travel. If you would like for your Tax Credit to count for your player ECA fee, please follow the instructions attached for the Tax Credit and send a copy of the Tax Credit receipt noting your player name and student ID number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ATHLETIC CLEARANCE is all online and must be completed by morning of 6/8. The AIA Player Physical must be printed to take to your physician and then uploaded in your player portal.
All forms MUST be completed and the 20-21 Sports Physical Completed to participate.
